From Computing Classics Wiki

SAMSUNG HA252HI was a hard drive model created by Samsung. It succeeded the SAMSUNG HA251HI as Samsung's primary 250 GB 3.5" hard drive model destined for DVRs, with the most important difference being a lower 5,400 RPM spindle speed, in line with an emerging market trend to use lower spindle speed drives in DVRs. Similar models from other manufacturers include the Hitachi HCS5C3225SLA382.
