TOSHIBA MK1637GSX is a hard drive model created by Toshiba. It is the first SATA 160 GB model created by Toshiba, succeeding the TOSHIBA MK1234GSX as the new flagship Toshiba 2.5" model, and being its first PMR hard drive model. It was succeeded by the TOSHIBA MK8034GSX, which uses 60 GB platters. Similar models from other manufacturers include the Hitachi HTS541616J9SA00, FUJITSU MHW2160BH and SAMSUNG HM160JC.
