Fujitsu Hornet M60	Fujitsu Hornet M120

Fujitsu Hornet M80 was a hard drive product family created by Fujitsu. As the name implies, its models use a maximum of 80 GB platters, succeeding the Hornet M60 which used 60 GB platters. Because of this improvement, the M80 family has a maximum capacity of 160 GB, versus the M60 which topped out at 120. It was the first Fujitsu family to use perpendicular magnetic recording, though this is reserved for 40, 80 and 160 GB models.^[1] It competed with the Seagate Momentus 5400.3, Aries and Aquarius-based Western Digital Scorpio models, and Samsung Spinpoint M80. It was succeeded by the Hornet M120 family, which uses 120 or 125 GB platters.
