ST500LM021-1KJ152 was a hard drive model created by Seagate. It was a 2.5" 7 mm 7,200 RPM drive model. It was discontinued around 2016 when generic Seagate drive models without Guardian branding were phased out; its replacement was the BarraCuda Pro model ST500LM034-2GH17A, which is based on SMR.

Similar units from other manufacturers include the WDC WD5000LPLX-xxZNTTx and TOSHIBA MQ01ACF050.

History

The ST500LM021-1KJ152 was part of a mass exodus from Seagate's prior marketing family names Barracuda and Momentus; accordingly, it was designated as a "Laptop Thin" family drive.
