WDC WD20EZRZ-xxZ5HBx is a hard drive model created by Western Digital. It is a 3 TB 3.5" CMR hard drive, based on 1 TB platters. It is based on the previous WDC WD20EZRX-xxD8PBx, which belongs to the same family, Diablo3s, but was a Green drive, which was retired following negative reputation due to the family's infamous head parking issues.[1] This model was ultimately discontinued in 2021 owing to the Diablo3s platform ending production; two years later, its role as a 2 TB CMR model would be fulfiled by the new WDC WD20EARZ-xxC5NBx from the Carmel RP2L platform.
Similar units from other manufacturers included the TOSHIBA DT01ABA200 and its retail rebrand, TOSHIBA HDWA120.
