Toshiba MD04-V was a hard drive family created by Toshiba. It is similar to the Toshiba MD04 family, but uses 5,400 RPM (marketed as "low spin") spindles. It, along with the Toshiba MA04 series, is the only Fujitsu HDA-utilising family to use 5,400 RPM spindles.

The MD04-V family was released in 2014.[1] In 2018, both models from this family received Toshiba S300 rebrands.[2]
