APPLE HDD HTS541010A9E662 was a hard drive model created by HGST and exclusively used by Apple Inc. in various iMac computers. It was a 5,400 RPM 2.5" 9.5 mm model using two 500 GB platters, and was an Apple-exclusive offshoot of the mainstream HGST HTS541010A9E680.
